From the perspective of the customer there is relatively little difference from one product or service to the next. Buyers do not tend to systematically weigh through all possible options when making a purchasing decision. The ability of our salesperson to get access to the buyer and to persuade the buyer to buy from him or her is a powerful competitive advantage. We are developing an aggressive sales force that will give us that competitive edge. Important elements in this competitive edge include our highly experienced sales manager, highly talented salespeople, a careful recruiting plan for sales people, a careful selection process for sales people, a thorough training program for salespeople, a generous incentive-based compensation structure, a strong sales support program and an ability to generate high quality leads through our marketing efforts.
Important to our success has been our ability to develop new products and services that closely match our customer’s needs. By following a systematic process to create our products and services, we will assure that we are meeting our customer’s needs better than our competitors. To initiate ideas for new product ideas we first begin with input from our current customers, input from buyers we know from our past experience, a detailed study of what products and services have been most successful, focus groups of customers’ needs, conversations with potential buyers about what they like and dislike about current products and services. Then we develop a product or service concept and discuss it with a focus group and key buyers. We then incorporate their feedback into our final design.
We are very customer-focused, committed to solving all of our customer’s needs and doing everything we possibly can to keep them satisfied. This approach insures that we retain a highly satisfied clientele, that we get a high rate of repeat business and that we get referrals. Also, especially once we have worked for a customer, we find that the customer is less likely to move to our competition on pricing considerations.
We have an extremely low cost structure. And just as importantly, we are determined to keep our costs low. This allows us to charge low prices, while maintaining our high quality, and still have a good profit margin.

This safety commitment is initiated and supported by top management and is effectively implemented by our project management staff, supervisors, foremen and technicians. It is our goal to provide every employee with a safe place to work and free of hazards. We achieve this through pre-planning, effective management, employee training, thorough investigations and accurate reporting. Cool D’Fine Pte Ltd insure that each element of safety is scrutinized and actively enforced. Our strong belief is that safety requires full time discipline and commitment.

On Employee Safety Training, all new employees receive safety orientation on their first day of employment. This orientation consists of a thorough review of Cool D’Fine Pte Ltd safety rules and regulations and training requirements. All employees receive scheduled refresher training along with weekly safety briefing. Our employees are competently trained in confined space, scaffolds, fall protection, hazardous chemicals, trenches and excavations. Other specialized training or site-specific training is conducted when required.
